]]> Pacific Standard Time website, which is an unprecedented collaboration of more than sixty cultural institutions across Southern California, coming together to tell the story of the birth of the LA art scene. Stoked on our new plan, we took on the rainy traffic and drove ourselves up the 5.


Our first stop was at the Architecture and Design Museum to see the Eames Words Exhibition honoring the uncommon beauty of common things.

We crossed the street and headed over to The Lacma to see the first major study of California midcentury modern design. "California Design, 1930-1965"
